About the Job:

We’re looking for a best-in-class client support manager analyst to work with us and deliver amazing results to our clients. As our investment analyst associate you will work with us to grow and scale the platform and be responsible for the following tasks:

• Managing CFAs
• Providing general capital markets advice
• Communicating with clients and support on utilizing our product on mentorship calls to teach about capital raising, compliance and corporate finance

Requirements:

As the description says, we’re looking for a “best-in-class” analyst and this doesn’t mean anybody… You must satisfy all of the following requirements to be considered for this job:

• Preference for freelancing/contracting, autonomy, remote work, and taking initiative
• Provide sell-side clients with merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory services or capital raising services
due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring
• Experience in customer support
• Ability to check on client progress via Clickup, or similar is a bonus
• Full exposure to the lifecycle of a private equity transaction is a bonus

• Full CFA is preferred, but not required
