About the Job:

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for running the entire organization and overseeing every department and team: Customer Support, Sales, Paid Acquisition, Content, Product Development, Partner Acquisition, and Customer Success.

You will work closely with the heads of departments from all of these teams as well as with the HR manager and CEO who will still be in the office at all times managing from a higher level; responsible for strategy, innovation, etc.

You will work closely with our CEO and existing management, and be their right hand man/woman for running the organization through this once in a lifetime period of exponential growth. What the Role Entails

This position will direct the day-to-day operations of the company in order to meet and exceed business objectives for early-stage growth and profitability. This position will formulate and enact policies and strategies; close deals with key vendors; maintain and iterate operational processes; work with leadership to set and achieve goals; hire and manage staff and establish and maintain professional business relationships with with our CEO, managers, partners and customers.
